Replacement and refund fees (SR 45 per replacement or refund request)

The product must be in its original state and has not been used, and all labels must be not removed and not affected and the product must be in its original cover

Products that cannot be replaced or recovered (cloth muzzles, underwear, water portfolios) and other personal use

Replacement is made within 7 days and refunded within 3 days of arrival

Refunds will be returned within two weeks of our receipt of the recovered product in a bank transfer to the custo

Payment fees are charged upon receipt in the event of replacement and refund
